Payment and Insurance

We collect payment for laboratory services at the time laboratory tests are ordered. A receipt will be provided so you may file a claim with your insurance carrier. You may or may not be reimbursed by your insurance company for our services. Please check with your insurance carrier about available insurance benefits.
