Andrology (male-factor fertility) services are available by doctor's orders only. To request a semen analysis or male infertility evaluation, please contact your urologist, your ob/gyn, or your primary care physician.

Available:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
After hours services by special request only.

Physician Appointments and Consultations

Reproductive endocrinologists are available by appointment through Fertility Specialists of Houston, at 713.512.7000. Appointments are available at the West Houston Fertility Center and other locations.

Urologists are available by appointment through Memorial Urology Associates. General urology questions can be sent by email on the Memorial Urology Associates website.
